Wrote a CRM tool for the automotive industry that accepted email leads from various sources and parsed the data into a SQL database. Were the first to come up with a “red flag” system that let managers know that leads were getting stale and needed a response. This program was written with Visual Studio in C# and I designed, wrote and implemented the system as well as the parser program that parsed the emails as they came in. Dealers had a Menu system that had a email program so that they could respond to emails in the system which would, in turn, time stamp the response. Designed our website and all graphics to promote the company.
